About

Dur Ada İnşaat & Mimarlık provides architectural design, documentation and turnkey construction services in Küçükköy, Ayvalık. We treat work of every scale, from a single home to a commercial building, as one continuous process running from the drawing board to the site.

How we work

We define our work in three stages: design, construction and turnkey delivery.

• Design. We start by understanding the requirement and the way you live. Concept, application and detail drawings are prepared at this stage, and decisions are tested with three-dimensional images before anything is built.
• Construction. We manage the site process ourselves. Quality of workmanship and the programme run under the supervision of the team that produced the design.
• Turnkey delivery. Taking on the whole process from design to execution, we complete the work and hand it over.

What we do

Residential and villa design, office and commercial interior design, kitchen and bathroom design, custom furniture design and production, 3D visualization, renovation and refurbishment, and consultancy on material selection and budget planning.

Why under one roof?

When one team designs and another builds, responsibility splits and decisions change along the way. Having the same people draw the project and deliver it on site is what keeps the design from staying on paper.

Where we work

We are based in Küçükköy, Ayvalık, and work on projects across Balıkesir and the surrounding region. We regularly work with owners who are not permanently in the country, so written progress reporting and visual presentation are part of how we operate.
