Personal Data Protection Notice

This notice explains how personal data submitted through this website is processed, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

2. What we collect

a) Information you enter yourself

When you submit the contact form, only these fields are stored:

• Full name — required
• Your message — required
• E-mail address — optional
• Phone number — optional
• Subject — optional

The message field is free text and is stored exactly as written. We recommend not entering sensitive information (health, beliefs, ID numbers) that is unrelated to your enquiry.

b) Information recorded automatically

When the form is submitted, the following is recorded even though you do not type it:

• Your IP address and browser information — solely to block automated (bot) submissions
• Date and time of submission
• The language you used (Turkish / English), so we can reply in the same language

IP address and browser information also count as personal data, which is why we state this explicitly.

3. Purposes

• Responding to your enquiry
• Preparing a quotation and conducting business correspondence
• Preventing unwanted and automated form submissions

Your data is not used for marketing, not added to any mailing list and not sold to third parties.

4. Legal basis

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your data is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Contacting us through the site is entirely voluntary; you may also call us instead.

5. Method of collection

Data is collected only through the contact form on this website, by electronic means. No personal data is collected from any other source.

6. Disclosure

Your data is not transferred abroad and is not shared with advertising or analytics companies. It exists only in the two places required for the service to work:

• Our hosting provider, where the database is stored
• Our e-mail server, through which the form content is delivered to the company address

Lawful requests from authorised public authorities are an exception to this.

7. Retention period

Form records are kept for 2 years after your enquiry is concluded, and are deleted at the end of that period. If you ask for earlier deletion, your record is removed immediately upon request.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may request to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed, and if so, request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, domestically or abroad
• Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request erasure or destruction of your data
• Request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
• Object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest and is free of charge; where the process incurs an additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.

10. Changes to this notice

If what the site collects changes, this notice is updated and the date shown at the top of the page is renewed.
